The colony of Virginia's culture was very interesting. They spoke English because they came from England and that made it very hard to communicate with the native americans. They didn't create this colony for religion. In fact, they had religious freedom in Virginia. The weather in Virginia was actually pretty warm and that made it easy to grow crops, like their tobacco. By 1775, Virginia was governed as a royal colony.
